When a problem needs more than a recommendation, I can undertake naval architecture and technical design work within an agreed project scope.

Experience across design and construction

My background includes work on pleasure and commercial vessels from 30 to 250 feet, with construction experience in wood, aluminum, steel and composites.

Analysis, redesign and approval support

Past work includes centerboard analysis and redesign, with support through class approval. Each new project needs its own assessment of the vessel, available drawings, technical requirements and approval pathway.
